Ola is a great Pilates teacher, she is so

but losing more and more flexibility as each decade has passed. I had the
honor to be introduced to Pilates by Ola last year. Pilates
is a wonderful method to bring centering and flexibility into your life.
The exercises are challenging from the viewpoint of stretching and working
muscles. Yet is gentle and available to you almost no matter what
physical shape you are in. It teaches you how to center your body, and
gain not only flexibility but coordination. For me, Pilates delivered. Ola was a true joy and delight to learn from.

I’m a fitness instructor and all my experience will be in teaching step and
dance aerobics and normally I would be enjoying only dynamic exercises. But I
decided to try Pilates and was amazed, that combination of slow motion,
stretching and relaxing not boring at all. I’d say I got addicted to Pilates I
felt all my muscles especially core working intensely throughout the class. I’d
recommend Pilates for someone who is looking for body and mind connection as
Pilates is a great option to unwind and stay positive while keeps you strong

“I took a 10
week pilates course with Aleksandra in January 2010. I had done a bit of yoga
and power yoga but I wanted to try something a bit more strenuous that would
help my posture, strengthen my core and help lessen back pain. I am 29 years old
and would consider myself very fit, I have always been involved in
competitive sport and go to the gym around 3 times a week. Aleksandra
explained all the exercises to us in a clear and concise way, she provided us
with different variations so that people of all abilities remained challenged.
I was amazed at how quickly the exercises were able to isolate my abs, in the
past I have spent 15 minute sat the end of each gym session working on
abs, and I have say in the gym I never felt anything like the burn that
pilates has been able to give me in half the time. Now I'm totally hooked,
my back pain has lessened dramatically, and my core and poster
feel a lot better than before. My only regret is that I was
unable to start another course as I emigrated to the
