About me
My name is Aleksandra/Ola,
I graduated from University of Lodz in Poland with a Master degree in Management and Marketing. Besides I’m Nutritionist, Fitness and Pilates instructor, attended various workshops and conventions.

Since I was a child I loved to
dance. I was a member of various dance formations including
„Pedziwiatry” group, modern dance formation, and cheerleader
team at University of Lodz.
My active background affected my
passion to fitness activity.
Now I’m involved in sport all
over the year, support healthy life style, and still improve my
knowledge and qualifications.
In my opinion healthy life style
is awareness that physical activity, good eating habits and
listening to our body contributes to better wellbeing.
Pilates Instructor
When I first tried Pilates I was
amazed how it affects my body. Finding out benefits that this
training gives, I decided to develop my knowledge into that
direction and spread that among the others. I’m now qualified
Pilates Instructor with Balanced Body University, experienced in
Mat and Reformer (both individual and group classes) and still
continue my education. I’m ambitious, self-motivated and I love
to teach. As instructor I mostly concentrate on safety of the
exercises and positive atmosphere within a studio. Course’s
places are limited to get you personal attention and help you to
achieve results you deserve.
